Privacy policy

Plain words, because that's how we'd want it explained to us. Effective August 2026.

What we collect

If you finish the "find your floor" tool, we collect what you type: your first name, phone number, and email address if you choose to give it — along with your answers to the five questions and the three floor types the tool recommended. If you just browse, we don't collect any of that.

What we use it for

Exactly what the form says: we pull your recommended samples so they're waiting when you come in, and we follow up about your project. Your information goes into our own customer system, run by our family of stores. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside our business, and we won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Phone calls

If you call us, standard call records (your number, the time, and the length of the call) are kept by our phone system so the right person can call you back and so we know which of our ads are working.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses basic analytics to understand how people find and use the page (for example, whether visitors arrive from an ad). The map on our page loads Google Maps as you scroll to it, which sets Google's own cookies.
